Localised Digital Sales Kit
FAM developed and deployed a digitised version of the sales kits across 10 markets and 8 languages, providing a unified sales experience for on-ground staff to promote the varying trims and models. This led to an increase in efficiency for sales representatives, and a more engaging experience for customers.
Each localised version consisted of features such as an interactive 360° in-app experience, allowing users to engage and learn about key features of each vehicle model’s interior and exterior features. Media galleries, feature videos and care instruction content was also available.
