Merged four different loyalty programs into a new program for Lendlease’s entire mall portfolio in Singapore. Acting as the main Systems Integrator (SI), FAM developed and integrated a Tenant Portal, Content Management System and Customer Relationship System (CRM) amongst others.

The customer experience has been improved thanks to the inclusion of a digital wallet and the ability to make online transactions. With the new ecosystem, we have seen an increase in customer engagement and marketing outreach.
