Supplementing the L Privileges Mobile Application, the L Privileges website serves as a digital touchpoint for non-members to sign up or gain information on the loyalty program and useful information such as catalogue, stores, FAQs.
Furthermore, members are able to log in to their loyalty programme account and view their wallet balances, profile details and other functions.
FAM developed a design library across Native iOS, Native Android and Web to ensure a consistent design cross-platforms.
