Wizards & magicians are knowledgeable in crafts and spells. In our case, craftsmanship in design and the spell to charm product users. We look for talents who have the ability to perform both and build our team around these skill sets to solve problems and uncover opportunities. We are hunting for these unique talents, and together we can create magic through design.
Web Developer
As a web developer, you’ll be playing a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems. The programs you create are likely to help clients’ businesses be more efficient and provide a better service.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Well versed in HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and other modern web technologies
UI/UX Designer
User Experience (UX) Design is the process of creating products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. This involves the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of branding, design, usability, and function. User Interface (UI) Design refers to the graphical human-facing designs which users will find easy to use and pleasurable.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Well versed in softwares such as Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Comfortable in working with mediums such as mobile applications, marketing websites, e-commerce websites, responsive design and web applications
- Good eye for design, typography and transiting motions
- Must be empathetic and ponder about “what-if” scenarios
Web Designer (wordpress)
Web Designers are responsible for designing the layout, visual appearance and the usability of a website. A good web designer needs to have both creative graphic skills and technical skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Well versed in softwares such as Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Familiar with WordPress, CSS, and Javascript
- Comfortable in working with mediums such as e-commerce, marketing websites, and responsive design
- Good eye for design, typography and transiting motions
Visual Designer
Visual Designers assemble together images, typography, or motion graphics to create a piece of design primarily for published, printed or electronic media, such as brochures (sometimes) and advertising.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Well versed in softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
- Familiar with After Effects, or C4D / RealFlow
- Good eye for design, typography and layout planning
Project Manager
Project Manager is the person responsible for leading a project from its inception to execution. This includes planning, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Well versed in project management softwares
- Good communication skills and good team player
- Able to liaise and manage with clients—from project pitch all the way up to commencement, and eventually, project support
- Support account leads for project pitches
- Manage projects that are in operation
- Oversee moving parts from designers, developers, stakeholders and clients
- Must be independent and able to take lead on projects
Intern (minimum 3 months)
Internship is a period of work experience offered by an employer to give students and graduates exposure to the working environment, often within a specific industry, which relates to their field of study.
- Well versed in relevant field (such as design, computer science, management)
- Good communication skills and good team player
- Willingness to learn
- Must be independent and take initiatives in certain tasks
